Where were you in June of 1977? That's when Christopher's first opened, destined to outlive most establishments in town and all of its direct rivals. Sure, there are fresh upstarts now that Las Olas and the remodeled Galleria are in full upscale swing, but this updated old dog has tricks of its own. Work up a sweat on Salsa Tuesdays and dance from 8 p.m.-2 a.m. A live band keeps the pulses racing and a DJ spins between sets salsa, merengue, bachata. DJs also mix in Latin dance throughout the week. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are all Ladies Nights at Christopher's, which is perfect for both women and the men.
