Did you know Scottish actor/hottie Ewan McGregor played the French horn? Sure did. Wrap your lips around a martini named after the glorious instrument at Maison Carlos, the French–Italian, family–owned restaurant on Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach.

Recipe:

1 ounce vodka
3/4 ounce Chambord
½  ounce lemon juice

Shake all ingredients together and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge.  Serves 1.
