Owners Irena and Phil Sauer (pronounced ''sour'') have a thing for apples. Aside from the name, their popular saloon features apple pie ala mode martinis to apple shotgun shooters, and even the tables sport baskets of green apples. There are apparently a few converts to this way of living, as there's always a crowd in here sipping on the signature martini - ever so lightly dusted with cinnamon - or just basking in it all with a beer or sangria while they check out the various bands and DJs that play to the packed house.
