Every week Hotel Biba hosts a Wednesday night Champagne party. The event takes place in the Hotel's garden where a flowing water fountain helps to create the backdrop of a relaxing midweek party. But not too relaxing.  The lounge DJ spins Euro jams until 2 a.m.
