The first floor of Nocturnal, a monstrous 20,000 square foot disco-club, is the main dance floor. The second floor boasts the VIP area and table service, but the best feature may be the thrid floor: waterfalls, "state-of-the-art" sound, and a rooftop patio all punctuate Nocturnal's claim as an elite bastion of Miami flavor. If you go, look forward to lines, cover charges and $7 domestic beers. And don't park your car anywhere that's poorly lit.
