Pelican’s Chocolate Martini
Hurricanes are one of the most merciless act of Mother Nature. So before you get enveloped by the wrath of another named storm, and while the lights are still working, consider sipping on something sweet, something that may remind you of the good days. The Chocolate Martini offered by the Pelican restaurant might hit that right nostalgic spot.
Recipe:
2 ounces of Svedka vodka
1 ounce of white Crème de Cacao.
Chocolate mint stick
crushed ice
Place crushed vodka and white Creme de Cacao into a shaker. Shake and strain into a stemmed martini glass, rimmed with chocolate powder. Last add a chocolate mint stick.
