Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino created a South Beach-meets-Palm Beach environment, fueled by horse races, a DJ spinning top 40, local house and rap, cabanas and beach sand. The venue opens every Saturday when guests also get a chance to make bets on the races without even leaving Frank's Beach. The dining menu includes everything from seafood to Kobe burgers and sushi.
