Better still, beginning on Feb. 29, Frank’s kicks off a Friday happy hour, where you can watch the sun set then sneak away to hit the tables, play the slots or handicap one of the many simulcasts the Park pipes in.

In the end though, and maybe even from the get, you’ll just want to assemble a few of your finest friends, grab a cabana by the rail, and ask your server to keep the drinks coming til the last race runs. But remember the golden rule of racing: Whoever wins, picks up the tab.
