Sure Bet:

Monday 29: Beyoncé
Joining the ranks of Madonna, Britney and Cher, Beyoncé is famous enough to be referred to mononymously. Performing hits such as "Halo" and "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)"off her third solo album, I Am … Sasha Fierce, the singer will show both sides of her personality during the show: saucy dancer Sasha Fierce and emotive balladeer Beyoncé.

Saturday 27: O'Shea's Irish Pub's 15th anniversary party

Bagpipers, Irish dancers and 15 bands will perform at this massive event, which also will include open bars, a beer truck and a laser-light show. It's a perfect excuse to slap some Irish handcuffs on nine months before St. Patrick's Day.

Known for tunes relating to love, loss and personal identity, Boys Like Girls offer a great reason to like pop punk again. "Paper bags and plastic hearts/All our belongings in shopping carts/It's goodbye but we got one more night," the band promises in the single "The Great Escape." Australian DJ and producer Dirty South says he makes "good-energy house music," and if you go to one of his shows, you'll quickly notice this guy is as kinetic as a shaken can of Red Bull. The dance floor is packed from the first song he plays. The electro-house DJ has mixed tunes for Snoop Dogg, Depeche Mode and Tiësto. Set resident DJ Stephan Luke also will spin.

Saturday 27: Joey Cape
Reading Joey Cape's résumé is pretty exhausting. The frontman for California-based punk band Lagwagon, guitarist for cover band Me First and the Gimme Gimmes and founder of punk-rock unit Bad Astronaut finally released a solo album, Bridge, last year. Tonight, he'll sit still long enough to perform an acoustic set filled with heart-wrenching tunes such as "We're Not in Love Anymore" and "Errands," a solemn song about an endless to-do list in an unforgiving world. Jon Snodgrass of alternative-country group Drag the River and Cory Branan, a folk-rocker who splits his time between Memphis and Austin, also will perform.

Location: Propaganda, 6 S. J St., Lake Worth
