The Fontainebleau Miami Beach reopens

Decadence takes center stage in Miami Beach

After completing $1 billion renovations, the Fontainebleau Miami Beach celebrated its grand reopening with Great Gatsby proportions. Beginning Friday, Nov. 14, at sundown, celebrities, Academy Award winners, musicians, top chefs and Victoria Secret Angels were greeted by a frenzy of photographers on the red carpet. Guests enjoyed complimentary cocktails at the ribbon cutting ceremony and savored bites from a decadent raw bar before heading to the main event. Invitees sang along to smooth jams by Robin Thicke before headliner Mariah Carey took to the stage hitting high notes on new and old tracks like “We Belong Together,” “Dream Lover,” “My All,” “Hero” and other Grammy-nominated hits.
