Deerfield Beach
You'll know you're pulling up to Deerfield Beach when you see the iconic Island Water Sports store on the corner of A1A. The surf shop has been supplying local boarders with clothes and gear for years, and you can count on seeing surfers with boards in hand crossing from the store to the sand to catch a wave. On the beach you'll find lots of young locals playing games on the sand or splashing in the warm water. A variety of local restaurants are right across the street, so you don't have to go too far when you get hungry.
