Sure, Bach's KGB spy is reduced to another notch on James Bond's bedpost in the film's final scene. And her code name of Triple-X is an obvious Bond-girl-moniker double entendre. But this early girl power proponent engages in an evenly matched first-act rivalry with 007, and then goes on to fight evil alongside him. That's no mean feat when the bad guys include Richard Kiel's gargantuan, dentally enhanced henchman Jaws.
