As droves of people file through Aventura Mall, Stefanie Turk isn't hard to spot in the crowd. Wearing a black, BeDazzled sweater with shoulder pads, gray, skinny jeans and a gold chain thick enough to choke Mr. T, the DJ sticks out like John McCain at a gay-pride parade. "Sorry I'm a little late. I don't know where I'm going in this mall," she says, pulling up a chair at Paul, a French-bakery kiosk in the middle of the shopping center.
