Cut 432 has rare A5 Kobe, seafood cooked in a wood-burning oven and
unique side items: blue cheese tater tots, truffled mac and cheese and buttered
edamame. They also serve Hudson Valley foie gras. Specialties include their raw bar, Kobe beef carpaccio, wood fired short ribs, Maine lobster potato skins and asparagus milanese. All cuts of
meat are 100 percent USDA Prime.
