Lips is a fanciful world of dining, drag and nightlife. Neither overshadowing the next. Each aspect of Lips is astounding, from the neon velour banquettes to the high-heel chandeliers and the juicy coconut shrimp delights. The food is good all day, but the performances get people moving and shaking after 9 p.m.
