Rooster's employees are upfront about what they like and don't like. For one, they love anything Chicago, as evidenced on the televisions each playing Chicago sports teams, and the memorabilia glaring Chi-town logos. The cuisine however is mainly Midwestern. Tenderloins and wings and spaghetti with chili on top are each hits with customers.
