Kobe Club opens
Steakhouses are usually swanky, chic, pricey and upscale. The Kobe Club, which opens today, is said to be all that and even more. The gurus behind the Club, located at 404 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, include Jeffrey Chodorow and partner Charlie Walk—the same men behind the premiere Kobe Club in New York.

Kobe Club, South Beach offers all the luxuries of its counterpart including 100–percent Japanese Wagyu (Kobe beef), a seasonal raw bar, non-Kobe entrees include black pork chops with Japanese chili pepper applesauce, mustard rubbed organic chicken and Dover sole meuniere.

The masters behind the menu are Corporate Chef Luke Rinaman and New York Regional Chef Scott Ubert of China Grill Management and Executive Chef Russell Titland of Kobe Club New York.

China Grill Management is also responsible for go-to spots like The Blue Door at The Delano, China Grill, Tuscan Steak and Social Miami at Sagamore.

Hours:

Open for dinner, Sunday to Thursday from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 7 p.m. to midnight.

Address:
404 Washington Ave. / Miami Beach / 305-673-5370
