Located on the 25th floor Sky Lobby of the Conrad Miami Hotel, this 80-seat restaurant has an amazing view of the cityscape, ocean and Biscayne Bay out of their large windows. The theme of this upscale eatery is earth, wind and fire, and know that has nothing to do with the R&B band. Dishes like rum and black pepper glazed filet mignon make it almost certain you will eat here like you have never eaten before. The food isn't just dropped on the plate either, it is arranged so nicely you almost don't want to ruin it. After dinner head over to nOir bar for a Black Martini or a Black Raspberry Mojito.
