From its oceanfront location, the funky and casual Sugar Reef delivers a menu suited to one of the French colonies in the Caribbean. Start with the Portobello mushroom in red wine or Calamari in a garlicky broth. For a main course, try the Tropical fish stew that combines a variety of shellfish and whitefish.
