The Forge attracts clientele from around the world and national celebrities as well. Why? They serve steaks flown in from Chicago, uniquely prepared lamb, buffalo, venison and lavish seafood options such as stone crabs and lobster. Their wine cellar holds 300,000 bottles of wine and 100,000 different labels. Wednesdays are celebrity touring nights when South Beach’s most prominent arrive for drinks and dinner. After dinner, The Forge is fit to compete with any nightclub.
