Oceanfront Sunday brunch

Pelican Grand Beach Resort hosts weekly fixed-price brunches on Sundays. The offering includes a selection of fruit, cheese, salads (including tortellini salad, fresh mozerella and tomato salad and more) available as the first course. The second course features an omelet and waffle station with a wide variety of delectable toppings. The third course includes prime meats like honey-pit ham with honey maple pecan glaze, chicken Francais, poached salmon and more. Baked desserts are the fourth course. Bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys are the featured cocktails.
