All Chef Govind’s selections are works of art and flavor. Choose from the selection of artful appetizers: white corn soup with English peas; scallops with spring succotash; local baby oak lettuces, roasted beets, sweet onions and black olive; grilled asparagus with heirloom spinach. His entrees are just as delightful: pompano with minted cauliflower cous cous; seared local yellowtail with marinated sun-gold tomatoes; New Zealand salmon with corn and spring onion pudding.
