Set in a replica of a Florentine Cafe, Cucina Dell'Arte goes by the saying, "talk loud, eat well, laugh often." Open all but four hours each day, Cucina opens with a breakfast menu of omelets and eggs Benedict, moves to lunch with an extensive selection of wraps, salads, pastas, pizzas and pollo dishes, and closes the day with upscale servings of upscale Italian and Mediterranean cooking. The place turns into a trendy night club around 10:30 p.m., but the kitchen is open until 2 a.m.
