This 5,500-square-foot, 175-seat locale is the first signature restaurant by "Top Chef's" Steven Aspirinio. The restaurant combines Italian cuisine with modern flair in a cultured and social setting. Expect to dish on delights such as the lobster orso, Long Island duck breast sous vide made with celery, cranbery argo dulce, chesnust espuma, and the anitpasta proscuitto di San Danielle served with 24-hour sous vide pineapple. Don't hold back on the pan-roasted salmon.
