Located in a former camera store with a distinctive ''A'' frame, Galanga owner Paul Rattanasongnoen has set this Thai/Japanese restaurant apart in terms of style and cuisine. A cool, cosmopolitan vibe is accented by a unique approach to Thai cooking as found in such dishes as sea bass grilled in a banana leaf and duck prepared in a red curry sauce with pineapple and lynchee nuts. The sushi doesn't fail to surprise either, and there's also an excellent pad Thai for those who want to keep it basic.
