From its humble beginnings at its Sweetwater location, Los Ranchos today has expanded into a conglomerate of five restaurants including the one at Bayside. Their signature dishes of churrasco (a center cut tenderlion char-grilled steak), gallo pinto (a Nicaraguan combination of fried rice and small red beans) and tres leches (their signature dessert) have given them a loyal following. A "tid-bit" menu features cold dishes to share like shrimp ceviche and hot dishes like carne del alambre (beef tenderloins with melted mozzarella). Their large covered outdoor terrace is a perfect way to dine and enjoy Bayside year round.
