Cantina Laredo kicks Tex-Mex up a notch with such specialties as shrimp-stuffed poblano peppers wrapped in skirt steak; the fiesta grill with shrimp, pork and fajitas; and the chicken chimichurri salad tossed with bacon, avocados and cojita cheese. The guacamole is made fresh table-side and there are a lot roomy booths that provide a cozy view of the proceedings. Best Mexican restaurant in the area. Nice to have upscale mexican, great bar. Reminds me of a California mexican restaurant.
