The former executive chef at a nearby Ritz-Carlton now has his own place where he uses Mexican flavors in creative dishes ranging from crepes and risotto to fajitas. Highlights include grilled scallops riding a crest of poblano risotto, a French-inspired beef tenderloin served vol-au-vent (in puff pastry) with morels and portobellos, and pyramid-shaped dulce de leche. It's all served at beautiful wooden tables in a terracotta atmosphere.

Hands down the best mexican restaurant I have ever been to. The owner/chef is professionally trained and puts out some amazing dishes. A must try!
