The world-renowned Fontainebleau Miami Beach re-opened its doors after $1 billion in renovations last November. Since, the hotel has held a series of grand opening weekends surrounding its nine restaurants and lounges. In particular, Scarpetta and Gotham Steak, have been hosting trendsetting foodies of Miami Beach, while the remainder still await opening dates.

While free food and drink is always tempting, I really just wanted to check out the hype. After two separate nights fully devoted to experiencing each resto, spotlighting their signature entrees, it’s time to put the buzz to the test.
