Which Fort Lauderdale restaurant wins best sesame-seared ahi tuna?

There are some dishes chefs just can’t (or at least shouldn’t) screw up. Ahi Tuna is one of those foolproof dishes, but this doesn’t mean one restaurant can’t beat its competition. In light of my passion for sesame–seared ahi tuna, I decided to pit Briny Riverfront against The Floridian, both in Fort Lauderdale. And because I’ve never had bad ahi tuna, or even ahi tuna that tastes drastically different from other ahi tuna, judging comes down to presentation, atmosphere, accompaniments and price.
