Many would suggest getting a few drinks in before the party gets going. It’s hard to ignore bar mistress Martina Skyy, whose claim is her mean apple martini. But she knows her way around more than just pucker-up tonic: ask her to whip up the house specialty, known as the Yvonne Lamé frozen Cosmopolitan. This magical potion needs no explanation, but let’s just say the vodka within definitely muscles out the other ingredients.

And speaking of muscle, there’s certainly an eyeful of manly meat behind the bar. Shirtless and cut as finely as a Jimmy Choo sandal, these guys make nearly everyone’s eyes and mouth happy.
