South Florida restaurants get creative for the holiday season

You don’t have to wait until Santa climbs down the chimney to indulge. This season, restaurants are adding a holiday twist to some rather traditional and local bites.
“The holidays should be a local food celebration,” said Chef Allen Susser of Chef Allen’s in Aventura. “I think we should all be able to share in the fun, keeping with seasonal flavors.”
