Savor the SunFest fare

There's fun, there's festive, and there's also the food

During the yearly SunFest celebration, patrons come out to walk along the water, feed their minds with the vibes of trip hop, reggae and rock & roll and to feed their bellies with long-anticipated festival foods. These one-of-a-kind dishes Metromix found while walking down the streets of Evernia and Flager might tempt you to come back for seconds. On the first day, colorfully themed wooden food stands had lines of people reaching across the grassy picnic area. Sharon Grim, head of food and beverage services says there are some foods that patrons wait all year to have at the festival. The endless fare is simply another reason this year’s SunFest will be a sweet, salty and savory event to remember.
