Some restaurants might be having a tough time, but it's full speed ahead for dining at the Fontainebleau, which just reopened after a $1 billion face-lift.
 
Owners of the 1,500–room resort on 22 acres want to make sure that its monied guests never get bored with the quality of its culinary offerings.
