432 East Atlantic Ave., Delray BeachApril 24 officially marks the opening of Cut 432. This new Delray steakhouse is seeking to be a “cut above the rest.” The stylish Cut 432 will have rare A5 Kobe, seafood cooked in a wood-burning oven and unique side items: blue cheese tater tots, truffled mac and cheese and buttered edamame. They will even serve Hudson Valley foie gras.

2500 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Coral GablesPor Fin, translated as “finally” has arrived to much fanfare presenting Spanish-Mediterranean cuisine, with selections like cod fritters, eggs, paella and short ribs.
