Maryel Epps will be cooking up some musical love for the family at the Hotel Astor’s new Inspirational Jazz Brunch experience at Joley Restaurant & Lounge. Although Epps might be the star of the show, be sure to fill up on a tasty three-course prix-fixe brunch menu, served family style. Share a succulent assortment of appetizers, main courses, desserts and mimosas. Highlights from the menu include smoked ham and potato soup, creamy cheddar cheese grits, jumbo lump crab omelet, brie and basil, creamy scallop and pea risotto and rum raisin bread pudding. The show MUST go on from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Epps performs from 12:30 until 3 p.m., $44 per person.
