Chef Johnny Vinczencz's namesake restaurant is an audacious culinary outing in every respect, from the appetizers and cheese platters that start a meal to the desserts that finish it. Vinczencz's food is a dynamic hybrid of Caribbean, European and American tastes and there's a resident sommelier on hand to help you match the wine to the food. The kitchen sends out a smokey tomato bisque before the entrees arrive, and main courses include the red chile venison chop, ancho cinnamon grilled pork tenderloin and a corn-crusted snapper, which is also served in a soft-shell taco at lunch.
