Tijuana Taxi Co. is not a restaurant for sissies. The hot, spicy sauces that accompany many of the dishes will make even seasoned vets of hot food think twice. If you want to tempt fate, try the salmon Cancun. It's marinated in lime juice, tequila, olive oil, jalapeno peppers and a vibrant green hot sauce before it is grilled to perfection. If the food is too hot, you can always wash it down with a cold beer at the bar.
