He’s his own DJ at dusk, expanding his sushi bar into a 20-something’s nightspot serving over-the-top sushi treats. Look beyond the ripped jeans and backless cocktail dresses to find some great sushi. He features exotic designs of toro, a section of the tuna fish that Americans consider caviar. You’ll see the toro and black truffle roll, the toro tataki, the megi toro and many more. His most memorable creations is the release roll: a blend of eel, cream cheese, avocado, strawberry and nuts; and the south of the border roll, a wrap of  crab, cucumber, avocado, tomato and cilantro.
