After reading several good reviews of this restaurant we decided to "give it a try". Without question this has got to be the worst Thai Restaurant I have ever visited. When we walked in and saw the rugs that should have been replaced 5 years ago I figured we were in for a mediocre meal at best, unfortunately it was a terrible meal. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this restaurant a minus 2.

I have had the satay and chicken green curry. Nothing special about the food. The restaurant also seemed in need of a good cleaning. Service was efficient and friendly but overall Sukothai can't hold a candle to other Thai restaurants such as Tamarind in Deerfield Beach.

I've been going to Sukhothai for 10 years now and have never had a bad experience. The owners Suzi and Eddie are always there to greet guests and ensure top quality foods and great service. Reasonably priced, the decor is dark and romantic. The panang chicken is absolutely top notch. This is THE place to go for Thai. If you've never tried thai cooking, once you do, you'll never want Chinese again!

I was disappointed because the restuarant had a strange odor almost like a nursing home. The decor was very dark and dreary. It was too cold .
The peanut sauce on my dressing looked yucky but tasted O.K...and the chicken dish I had with cashews was bland and very watery. The salad was a la carte. Service was quick and friendly.

I have to say, there is not one thing that I have tasted at Sukhothai that I have not LOVED!! Just open the menu, close your eyes and let your finger point your way to heaven. Everything on the menu is honestly that good, whether you like hot or not. The great thing is they cook everything to order anyway so you can have it to your taste. I highly recommend this restaurant whether it's family night, girls night, or date night. The owner and her son treat everyone as a VIP.

Sukho Thai has the best pud thai in the world!! I have been going there for many years and it is amazing. The service is phenomenal and the quality is outstanding. Any appetizer is also exquisite and the prices are very moderate. For a tasty, nutritious, and cost-efficient meal, Sukho Thai is the place to go.

The food is awesome. The staff is friendly. Everyone knows Sukhothai in Fort Lauderdale because its the best Thai place to go.
