If watching hotties like Tiger Woods and Adam Scott gets you hot under the collar or just steaming with envy, cool down with this inventive creation served at Links Restaurant & Lounge at The Westin Diplomat Golf Resort & Spa, Hollywood. Keep mixologist Mia Germano's recipe on hand when you and your buddies crowd around the telly for the championship games.

Recipe:

8 organic Bing cherries, seeded
1 ounce Licor 43
2 ounces Hennessy V.S.O.P.
2 ounces Champagne
¼ ounce organic agave syrup
ice

Muddle five of the seeded cherries in the bottom of a metal mixing tin. Add ice for shaking. Pour into a shaker and add remaining ingredients, except Champagne, and shake briskly. Strain into a frosted martini glass half-rimmed in turbinado sugar and float Champagne. Garnish with three seeded, sugared cherries. turbinado sugar, dyed pink (mix about ½ cup sugar with 5-6 drops red food coloring).
