While there is an emphasis on Cuban, the tastes include Brazil, Argentina, Spain and Peru as well. The mixed sampler platter of shrimp fritters, vegetables fritters, chicken wings and empanadas is an excellent opening. The salads are huge and easily shared, such as the avocado aquacate drizzled with lime cilantro vinaigrette. Don’t overlook the chicarrones de pollo with chunks of dark chicken meat fried until crispy. The chef easily handles seafood delicacies and traditional shredded shirt steak.
